The resort will consist of 200 bare land condominium R.V.  lots.  All lots are 5,000 square feet  or larger and serviced with power, water, and sewage.  The resort is environmentally friendly with the condominium bylaws prohibiting the use of quads or off highway vehicles. As well, motorized watercraft will not be allowed to launch into the lake from the resort. 

Other amenities include a shower house; centrally located, housing showers; flush toilets, and a laundry facility.  The 1800 square foot clubhouse serves as a community centre for resort residents and overlooks the lake. Guest camping, a park, and playground area complete the resort.
